The Incredible Health Benefits Of Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Omega-3 fatty acids are an essential nutrient, meaning that they are required for normal growth in children. However, it is the benefits to adults that have received more attention lately. Back in 2006, the United States FDA (Food and Drug Administration) gave what is called a "qualified health claim" to omega-3 fatty acids in the area of coronary heart disease. This important designation meant that there was evidence that omega 3s may reduce the risk of heart disease. It is not easy in the U.S. right now for over-the-counter supplements and nutrients to get this kind of strong backing, but perhaps this is just the beginning.
The following benefits of Omega 3s have also been suggested (please contact the author through the pages that are linked in the signature box for reference information):
- People with circulation problems, the most well-known perhaps being varicose veins, benefit from fish oil.
- Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to reduce symptoms of ADHD in children (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder).
- With Omega 3 supplementation, some children have had improved academic performance when they have previously struggled to learn.
- There have also been animal studies that have suggested that omega 3s might help decrease memory loss of […]

Back Pain's Newly Discovered Cause

This article is about a cause of back pain which most people, including doctors, don't understand.
This back pain cause is not disease such as cancer or arthritis. It is not injury such as falling off a ladder. Also, it is not a mentally caused pain…it is a very real pain.
This back pain is caused by incorrect use of voluntary muscles. Voluntary muscles are muscles you can control. Do this. Lift your arm. There you used voluntary muscles.
You can cause pain by using, or not using, your voluntary muscles incorrectly. By using one hand to bend the fingers of your other hand backward you can cause pain. This is an example of incorrectly using voluntary muscles and causing pain.
This discovery, called Denlinger's Discovery(TM), is about another cause of pain throughout the human body and how to fix it. Denlinger's Discovery came about by applying engineering basics to the human body. Using these engineering basics one can also increase the load carrying capability of the body. In this article we'll only look at one function, of several functions, of the back.
In 1759 a Switzerland born scientist named Leonardo Euler (1707-1783) developed the first, most basic formulas about […]

Mysterious Gleaming Gold

Since prehistoric man first stumbled upon a nugget, raw gold with its radiant sun yellow coloration and metallic luster has captivated and fascinated mankind. The unique gleam of gold attracts the eye, enabling the seeker to detect the smallest of grains in an aggregate of many other materials. The tiniest flakes are easily detected.Anthropological excavations of Stone Age burial sites indicate that gold was the first element collected and prized by man. This unique metal, gathered in the form of nuggets, seems to have been highly prized but was not used in practical applications. Rating 2.5 0 3 on Mohs scale of hardness, gold was much too pliable to be hammered into workable tools or weapons. Gold carried little value for prehistoric man except to be admired and treasured for its rare, intrinsic beauty. However, as man developed he soon discovered numerous applications for the mysterious golden metal. The earliest record of gold exploration dates to Egypt around 2000 B.C. Ancient records tell of an enormous alluvial gold deposit in Nubia, between the Nile River and the Red Sea in southeastern Egypt. This incredible discovery encompassed over one hundred square miles. Using the most primitive of tools and working to […]
